Gereau Duki Industrial College is committed to delivering inclusive, equitable,
and internationally competitive Technical and Vocational Education and Training
(TVET). Our programs are trainee centered and aligned with industry demands,
providing practical skills and competencies. We aim to develop a highly
skilled, innovative, and adaptable workforce that contributes meaningfully to
the national economy and community development.
We
are committed to meeting the evolving needs and expectations of our
stakeholders including learners, educators, industry partners, government
institutions, and the wider public through compliance with applicable legal,
regulatory, and occupational standards. Our institution also plays a vital role
in empowering micro and small enterprises (MSEs) by providing targeted support
in kaizen, entrepreneurship, technology transfer, and records management.
To
maintain excellence, we continuously improve our Educational Organization
Management System (EOMS) by promoting innovation, utilizing data-driven
decision making, and implementing effective evaluation and feedback mechanisms.
Our institutional development is supported by strategic planning, optimal use
of resources, and continuous staff development, all of which ensure quality and
sustainability.
This policy provides the foundation for setting measurable quality objectives, fostering continual improvement, and aligning all activities with the strategic vision of the college. It is communicated, understood, and applied across all levels of the institution, and regularly reviewed to maintain its relevance and effectiveness ensuring that we empower individuals, transform communities, and contribute to national development through high-quality TVET.
ደጃዝማች ገረሱ የዱኪ ኢንዱስትሪያል ኮሌጅ አካታች፣ ፍትሃዊ እና አለም አቀፍ ተወዳዳሪ የቴክኒክና ሙያ ትምህርትና
ስልጠና ለማቅረብ ቁርጠኛ ነው። ፕሮግራሞቻችን ሰልጣኞችን ያማከለ እና ከኢንዱስትሪ ፍላጎቶች ጋር የተጣጣሙ፣ ተግባራዊ ክህሎቶችን

። ተቋማችን በካይዘን፣ በስራ ፈጠራ፣ በቴክኖሎጂ ሽግግር እና በሪከርድ አስተዳደር ላይ የታለመ ድጋፍ በማድረግ የጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ
ኢንተርፕራይዞችን በማብቃት በኩል ከፍተኛ ሚና ይጫወታል።
የላቀ ደረጃን ለማስቀጠል ፈጠራን በማስተዋወቅ፣በመረጃ ላይ የተመሰረተ
ውሳኔ አሰጣጥን በመጠቀም እና ውጤታማ የግምገማ እና የአስተያየት ዘዴዎችን በመተግበር የትምህርት አደረጃጀት አስተዳደር ስርዓታችንን
(EOMS) እናሻሽላለን። የኛ ተቋማዊ እድገታችን በስትራቴጂክ እቅድ፣ በተመጣጣኝ የሀብት አጠቃቀም እና ቀጣይነት ያለው የሰው ሃይል
ልማት የሚደገፍ ሲሆን ሁሉም ጥራትና ዘላቂነትን የሚያረጋግጡ ናቸው።
ይህ ፖሊሲ ሊለኩ የሚችሉ የጥራት አላማዎችን ለማዘጋጀት፣ ቀጣይነት
ያለው መሻሻልን ለማጎልበት እና ሁሉንም እንቅስቃሴዎች ከኮሌጁ ስትራቴጂካዊ ራዕይ ጋር ለማጣጣም መሰረት ይሰጣል። በኮሌጁ ለሁሉም እርከኖች ተላልፏል፣ ግንዛቤም ተፈጥሯል፣ ይተገበራል እናም በየጊዜው ይገመገማል አግባብነቱ እና ውጤታማነቱ
ለማስቀጠል ግለሰቦችን ለማብቃት፣ ማህበረሰቦችን የምንለውጥ እና ጥራት ባለው የቴክኒክና ሙያ ትምህርትና ሥልጠና ለአገራዊ ልማት
የበኩላችንን አስተዋጽኦ የምናበረክትበት ነው።
